A Unique Approach
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Ashiatsu (foot pressure) is a barefoot massage technique using comfortably deep gliding pressure over your body. Bars overhead are used by the therapist during the massage session for balance and support. This particular style is great for those who love Deep Massages and wants to feel the tension slowly melt away from their muscles!

This is a hands-on body pre/post workout treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed or ready for a high powered activity. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Pulling out stress
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

This is a treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health. During the session the therapist periodically checks on the client about pressure while allowing the body to slowly melt away the tension from the pressure.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy that aims to enhance the body's own healing capabilities by aligning the body’s natural rhythms, helping to activate healing and balancing mechanisms. CST treatment can be used for babies and adults.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is also known to be called neuromuscular therapy. Pressure is applied slowly but firmly to a specific area of a muscle that's either having chronic spasms or an area of the body that is encountering referred pain elsewhere within the body. This technique can be preformed with pressure from the fingers, elbows, forearms, or if recieving Ashi...the toes or heel of the foot. After a single session, you’ll start to see and feel changes to your body, mind and energy levels.
Swedish is this most commonly known style of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.
This is a hands-on or Ashiatsu treatment (depending on client preference) that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
